■ Cautions
※ Please make sure to state “In charge of Idol Acoustic application” in the subject box and also state “your address, name, TEL number, and preferable singer” in the body sentence in the application form.
※ The application confirmation email will be sent to those persons whose application processing have been completed.
※ If there is inadequate information in an application, it may be considered as void.
※ Only single application email shall be granted for one person. Duplicated application email shall be deemed as void.
※ When the applications exceeded the capacity, winning applicants will be determined in a drawing.
※ After ending the application period, the “reservation number” and “venue information” will be notified to the winning applicants.
※ On the event day, please show your email having the reservation number to a staff and pay for the entry and beverage fees.
※ Reissuance of reservation number due to lost, accidental deletion, or misplacing of email notification shall not be granted/compensated.
※ If a bearer cannot be identified by the email notification, submission of the other ID to verify your name and address may be required.
※ From the opening time of venue, the winning applicants will be directed in order of the reservation number stated in the email notification.
※ Some seats will be provided, but stand to watch is the basic form of watching performance.
※ For those who cannot complete the acceptance five minutes prior to starting performance, the entry might be denied.
※ Each performer shall not sell any goods on the event day due to restriction of the venue.
※ There is no plan for selling the tickets on the day.
