■How to enjoy Mini Live Show
Open to all hands for free.
Please note the space is limited. Depending on the condition, viewing the show may be put under restriction.
■ How to participate Handshake event?
For participating the Handshake event, the "Handshake event Admission Ticket" is required.The tickets are given to visitors, on first-come first-served basis, who will purchase "Killing Me Softly" released on June 6 at the venue on the event day.Visitors who have "Handshake event Admission Tickets" can participate the "Handshake event" which will be held after ending the mini live.
Start Time of CD sale: From 5:30 pm (tentative)
※ With consideration of the safety first for visitors and performers, ew would like to ask visitors who will attend the Handshake event for cooperating the following precautions.
· We would like to ask visitors to deposit bag etc. with us.
· We would like to ask visitors to undergo the security check using the metal detector etc.
Please note that visitors who do not want to cooperate the above request may be denied to participate the Handshake event.
■ Announcement of providing a dedicated area for women and children
The dedicated area for women and children intended for women, children, and visitors accompanying children will be provided for the event day where the stage will be comparably easy to watch. Seats provided at the front portion of visitors space will be designated as the dedicated area for women and children.Please know in advance that the space is available for the first-come-first-serve basis on the date of the event. Those applicable kids are to be of their age 12 and younger.Infants are not
recommended for participation considering the loud volume of the speaker sounds at the live performance. If their guardians chose to bring them, they would be advised to watch the show far from those speakers/
■Caution
Please follow the below cautions prior to participating the event. The event may subject to termination, or you may be asked to leave the venue, if such behaviours listed below violate our policies as well as when staff's instruction is not followed:
※ Please know in advance, that the start time of the event /CD sale start time may subject to change without advanced notice.
※ The handshake event may subject to end even though customers are still in line.
※ Those of you who holds more than one "Handshake event participation ticket" and wish to participate for the second time or more, are to line up at the end of the line.
※ Please refrain from inquiring to the venue directly or it may caused to cancel the event.
※ It is prohibited to secure a spot by leaving personal belongings etc, and by sitting down. Please note that visitors who will try to secure spots in such way may be directed to move away.
※ "Handshake event Admission Tickets" will be valid only for the indicated day and time.
※ It is prohibited all the acts including the picture shooting, the recording, and the video shooing while artists are performing.
※ Only cash payment will be accepted when purchasing CDs at the venue on the event day. Please note that the payment using a credit card will not be honored.
※ Please note that the refund request for the purchased goods will not be accepted. If goods purchased are defective, they will be replaced with non-defective goods.
※ For each visitor accompanying a child with age at three years old or more, a separate "Handshake event Admission Ticket" will be required for him/her.
※Please do not camp overnight at the venue as it would disturb the neighbours. If one were to be found camping at the venue overnight, the event would be cancelled.
※The transportation fees and living fees for that day would not be funded by us.
※If there were any accidents during the preparations, natural disasters, transportation strikes or any other inevitable reasons, and determined to be unable to be held, the performance would be cancelled.
※The performance programe might change with reference to the member's situation. For your kind understanding
