Viewing is free for everyoneAs there are space limits on the venue, based on that days situation there might be certain regulations enforced. For your kind understanding.
■To participate in the handshake event
To participate in the handshake event, a [Handshake event participation ticket] would be required.For those who bought the album 「Killing Me Softly」 on the day itself on 4/6 would receive a Handshake event participation ticket] as present.For those with a [Handshake event participation ticket] would be able to participate in the handshake event which is after the end of the mini live.

※With the customers and the performers safety as the first priority, with an increased security, for those who are participating in the handshake, please kindly comply with the following mentioned before you participate in the event.
・Temporarily handing over your belongings during the handshake event.
・Body check prior to the handshake event participation
Please kindly understand that if you were to refuse to cooperate with the above mentioned, you would not be able to participate in the handshake event.
■ Notice of the dedicated area for female customers and kids
The dedicated space will be established exclusively for females and kids in order for them to have the better view of the stage on the date/venue of the event. The front part will be secured seat area in the front of the audience area.Please know in advance that the availability of the chairs may be limited, so it will be closed as soon as the seats are all taken on the date of the event. The age of those eligible children must be under the age of 12.Infants are not recommended for participation considering the loudvolume of the speaker sounds at the live performance. If their guardians chose to bring them, they would be advised to watch the show far from those speakers.
■Caution
Please follow the below cautions prior to participating the event.The event may subject to termination, or you may be asked to leave the venue, if such behaviours listed below violate our policies as well as when staff's instruction is not followed:
* Please know in advance, that the start time of the event /CD sale start time may subject to change without advanced notice.
* The handshake event may subject to end even though customers are still in line.
* Those of you who holds more than one "Handshake event participation ticket" and wish to participate for the second time or more, are to line up at the end of the queue.
* Please refrain from contacting the venue. This may cause the event termination.
* Securing your spots by leaving your belongings or sitting around is prohibited inside the facility or venue. Please know in advance that our staff may ask you to move.
* Please know in advance that "the handshake event participation ticket" will not be reissued for any circumstances (incl. lost or stolen).
* "The handshake event participation ticket" is valid only the duration of the specified time, date, and venue of the event.
* Photo taking, audio recording, or videotaping the artist is prohibited during the performance.
* When you purchase CDs at the venue on the date of the event, we accept cash only as a payment method. Please know inadvance that others such as credit card cannot be accepted.
* Please be informed in advance that once purchased, your purchase cannot be refunded. A defected item will be accepted for a replacement with another in a good condition.
* A "handshake event participation ticket" will be required for a child of age 3 and up.
* Please refrain from some of the actions such as staying up all night at the venue as they will disturb the neighbours. If such is found, the event may be terminated.
* The travel/ accommodation expenses for the date of the event is paid by customers.
* The event may be terminated if the performance is judged to be impossible to carry out due to a defect of the event facility, natural disaster, traffic strikes, acts of God, or any other causing beyond the our control.
* Please know in advance that the content of the performance is subject to change depending on the members' condition, etc.
