"Horror Live (provisional)" *Deadline: Application cards should be postmarked on or before May 31, 2014.
There are two patterns of application "1" and "2".
1. Attach the single linkage entry tickets A, B, and C together on a postcard and then apply.
2. Attach a soundtrack entry ticket on a postcard and then apply.
"Special Live (provisional)" *Deadline: Application cards should be postmarked on or before June 16, 2014.
Attach two tickets -an album entry ticket and one of the single entry ticket A, B or C- on a postcard and then apply.
